WORKSHOPS - Is aspects of expression COVID prepared?

We at aspects of expression are now looking forward to getting back out into many wonderful landscapes and sharing our knowledge with you. The world is gradually opening up again and we have to approach our workshops slightly differently with Covid 19 in mind to ensure your safety and so that you can rest assured that we are doing all we can to ensure your safety during your time with us. We are regularly monitoring the government guidelines on Covid 19 and we are reviewing our activities to remain compliant with these and have conducted and completed a full risk assessment for our workshop activities and as such we have implemented new practices and procedures to ensure the safety of you our clients and our leaders.

WORKSHOPS - Will COVID affect my booking?

To enable you to have completed peace of mind when planning ahead we will offer you a full refund, transfer your booking o the same workshop at a later date or transfer of your booking to another workshop if we are unable to run your workshop due to Covid 19 or if you or a member of your household is diagnosed with Covid 19. If we have to cancel a workshop due to government restrictions then the same conditions apply. These conditions replace our normal booking terms and conditions.

WORKSHOPS - Do I need travel Insurance?

Our terms and conditions require you to arrange travel insurance that covers against the usual risks such as delays, lost baggage, by airlines, accident, illness, etc. The price of the workshop does not include insurance. Whilst COVID is still around you should ensure that your travel insurance covers this aspect.

ONLINE - How long do I have access to the online learning videos and material?

You have lifetime access to all course materials you are enrolled to. From time to time we will update videos and add new content and these will also be available to you.

ONLINE - Why is online learning on another web site?

We have a dedicated platform tailor made for our online courses and hosted by LearnWorlds. You can access all our courses at learnonline.aspectsofexpression.com. When signing up for a course for the frist time you will set up an account with a user id and password and you will use this to access all your courses from there on.

ONLINE - I have forgotten my password or user id - how do I get these back?

Simply follow the link https://learnonline.aspectsofexpression.com/home and click on 'sign in'. Here you can ask for a new password. Your user id is the email you signed up with. If you are having any problems then please get on touch and we will help you resolve the problem.

masterclasses - are hotels included?

Yes. All of our residential masterclasses have hotel accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis included. If you do not need this then please get in touch and we can offer discount on the price.

WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES - Can I cancel?

Masterclasses have to be cancelled no less than eight weeks before they run. If you wish to do this then please get in contact. You can get a full refund or you can allocate monies paid to another workshop, class or course. If you have to cancel due to COVID restrictions then this requirement will be waived.

Online courses can be cancelled within 30 days from when you have subscribed. If you have booked the wrong course or want to move to another course then please get in contact with us.

One Day Workshops and Classes - You cannot cancel within 14 days of the workshop or class. If you cancel before then you can get a full refund or you can allocate monies paid to another workshop, class or course. If you have to cancel due to COVID restrictions then this requirement will be waived.

WORKSHOPS - What time do they start and end?

Most one day and masterclass workshops start at 10.00am on the first day and between 3.00pm and 4.00pm on the last. So a one day workshop will run between 10.00am and 3.00pm- 4.00pm. You will receive joining instructions before the workshop advising you of specific times, arrangements for accommodation if applicable and guidance on what camera equipment you will need and recommendations on clothing and other preparations.

WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES - how much experience do I need to attend?

Generally our workshops are suited to all levels. If you are a real beginner then please call us for some further advice. If you are at all unsure of what level you are or whether a particular workshop is suited to you, please do not hesitate to call or email us. We would be very happy to help you select the right workshop.

WORKSHOPS - How many people are there on a workshop?

Masterclasses are limited to 4 people per instructor. One day workshops in the field will run with 6 people.

WORKSHOPS - is there a minimum number required to run workshops?

Yes there is. Normally this is three people. If you need to make additional travel arrangements then please ensure that these are flexible or wait for us to confirm the workshop is going ahead. If we are not able to run the workshop then you can have a full refund or transfer to another workhop or class.

WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES - do you cater for special diets?

Yes. Let us know your requirements and we will pass them onto the hotel or venue being used.

WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES - is accommodation single occupancy?

Yes. If you wish to share with another person then please get in contact with us. We can usually offer a discount in these cases.

digital books - I have lost my download link what can I do?

Please get in touch with us so we can arrange a new link for you.

digital books - do I need anything special to read ebooks?

Our digital books are in PDF format so can be read on most devices without any special apps or software.

Print books - how much will postage and taxes be?

Postage varies by book (ie the size and weight) and destination. When buying your book you will be presented with the postage costs at check out. Import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We will ship with a customs form stating that it is a book with a value of £10.
